应用ing What You Learn Dr. Wilburn's focus is helping students apply management principles to their personal and work lives. She creates assignments that use students' work experiences, and loves hearing that a student received a promotion or was applauded for implementing a class project.
Dr. Wilburn teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management. In the undergraduate program, she teaches Social Responsibility of Business, 社会企业, and 国际 管理. In the MBA program she teachers Social Responsibility of Business and Managing Technology Change. She uses her research in Corporate Social Responsibility for the ethical lens for her courses. 她来到圣. Edward's after many years in the corporate and government sectors as a manager, and shares what she learned with students. She also taught as an adjunct instructor for twenty years.
The focus of my teaching is to help students develop their management and leadership talents through real-life exercises and applications that provide them practice for success in the real world.
